Refund Policy
Because our products are custom and perishable, returns are not accepted. Please
refrigerate immediately upon receipt and consume within 24 hours for best quality.
Cancellations & refunds
- 72+ hours before pickup/delivery: full refund.
- 48–72 hours: 50% refund (or 100% as store credit).
- <48 hours: non-refundable.
- Grazing tables &; large events (50+ guests): 30% non-refundable deposit at booking;
balance due 7 days prior.
Reschedules
- One free date change with ≥48 hours notice (subject to availability). Additional changes
may incur a $15 admin fee.
Quality issues
- Contact us within 12 hours of pickup/delivery with photos and order number. We’ll make
it right with a replacement or credit when appropriate.
If there is an issue with your order, such as damage during delivery or an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at amoragrazingco@gmail.com or 754-302-1110. We will review your case and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or credit for a future purchase.
