- Acceptance: By placing an order, you agree to these policies.

- Allergens: Products may include nuts, dairy, gluten. Not a nut-free/gluten-free facility.

- Substitutions: Equal or higher-quality items may be used based on seasonality.

- Props/boards: Rentals must be returned within 48 hrs in good condition.

- Care: Refrigerate and do not leave unrefrigerated for more than 2 hours.

- Risk of loss: Transfers at pickup/delivery.

- Images: We may photograph setups for portfolio/socials unless you opt out in writing.

- Governing law: State of Florida, Palm Beach County.

Customer Disputes

We aim for fast resolutions.

1. Contact us first: amoragrazingco@gmail.com with order # and photos if needed.

2. Acknowledgment: within 1 business day.

3. Resolution: within 3 business days (5 for events).

4. Outcomes: replacement, credit, or explanation.

Chargebacks

Please reach out before filing a chargeback. If opened, we will provide records to the

processor. Services may pause during active cases.
